Can I book the entire venue?
Yes, we accept full-venue booking enquiries. Select “Full venue booking” in the form and tell us your preferred date, estimated guest count and event plans. Availability, pricing and arrangements require confirmation from our team.
Does submitting an enquiry confirm my event?
No. An enquiry starts the conversation and does not reserve a date, space or the full venue. Your event is confirmed only when the Josephine team has reviewed and confirmed the arrangements with you.
What kinds of occasions can I enquire about?
Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, reunions, corporate gatherings, graduations, holiday celebrations and other special occasions are all welcome as enquiries. Tell us your plans, including your guests’ needs, so our team can confirm whether the venue and format are suitable.
Can we discuss food, drinks and special requests?
Absolutely. Browse our food menu and drinks menu for inspiration, then share your preferences. Ask about any dietary needs, cake, décor, music or other arrangements in your enquiry. Availability and any costs must be agreed with our team; these are not automatically included.
How many guests can I bring, and what does it cost?
Send us an estimated guest count and the type of event you’re planning. Our team will discuss the suitable guest numbers, available arrangements and pricing for your request. We do not confirm capacity or a quote through this form.
What if my date is flexible?
Leave the preferred date blank and mention the dates or days that could work in your message. Josephine’s regular lounge hours are Friday–Sunday, 9 PM–2 AM the following morning. Private-event dates and times are reviewed separately and require confirmation.
