- Hospitality, restaurant, lounge, nightclub, or event management experience required.
- Ability to lead staff, manage guest issues, and support sales goals.
- Strong communication, accountability, and closing/opening discipline.
Nightlife Team Member
High-energy hospitality ambassadors for door flow, guest experience, event support, floor presence, and premium nightlife execution.
- Nightlife, events, hosting, security support, or guest relations experience preferred.
- Professional image, punctuality, and social awareness required.
- Must be comfortable with late nights, busy crowds, and VIP expectations.
VIP Marketing & Promotions
Revenue-minded connectors who can promote Josephine experiences, bring quality guests, support VIP bookings, and grow the brand socially.
- Existing social network, nightlife influence, or promotional experience preferred.
- Must provide active social media handle information.
- Ability to generate tables, guest list traffic, birthdays, and special-event leads.
